We buy green coffee beans only from reputable vendors who ethically source them throughout the whole chain of import/purchase. We do our best to try identifying/finding good organic coffee, grown by responsible farmers. As we are fascinated with the natural flavors found in coffee, our focus is to offer single origin coffees with unique characteristics. We hope our customers can explore different coffees from different parts of the world. We continue sampling new coffees to select the best coffee with nice qualities to it, while representing its origin well. And then when we roast, we sample-roast several batches making fine adjustments, in order to produce well balanced flavors while highlighting bean's unique flavor traits.
